- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
No person may hunt, trap, or kill a golden eagle or Mexican brown eagle without first having obtained a permit from the department as provided by Subchapter H, Chapter 43, of this code.
