- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The authority and any person may contract with each other in any manner and on terms on which the parties agree regarding a power the authority may exercise or a facility or service that the authority may provide or finance.
