Terms Used In Texas Special District Local Laws Code 3802.157
- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The district may not impose an assessment or impact fee on the property, equipment, or facilities of:
(1) an electric utility, as defined by § 31.002, Utilities Code; or
(2) a public utility, as defined by § 51.002, Utilities Code.
