In this chapter:
(1) “Board” means the board of directors of the district.
(2) “City” means the city of McLendon-Chisholm.
(3) “District” means the Triple Creek Municipal Management District.
(4) “Improvement project” means a program or project authorized by § 3851.102, inside or outside the district.
