(a) Each director shall qualify for office as required by Subchapter D, Chapter 375, Local Government Code.
(b) Each director shall meet the qualifications provided by § 375.063, Local Government Code, for the area in the director district that the director represents.

- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
(c) A person may not be appointed as a director or continue to serve as a director unless the person satisfies the requirements provided by § 375.063, Local Government Code, for the area in the director district that the person is appointed to represent.
