In this chapter:
(1) “Board” means the district’s board of directors.
(2) “City” means the City of Rowlett, Texas.
(3) “Director” means a member of the board.
(4) “District” means the Rowlett Downtown Management District.
(5) “Improvement project” means any program or project authorized by § 3894.102, inside or outside the district.
