In this chapter:
(1) “Board” means the district’s board of directors.
(2) “City” means the City of Rowlett, Texas.
(3) “Director” means a board member.
(4) “District” means the Rowlett Waterfront Entertainment Management District.
(5) “Improvement project” means any program or project authorized by § 3896.102, inside or outside the district.
