- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The district may establish, revise, repeal, enforce, and collect rates, fees, and charges for the enjoyment, sale, rental, or other use of:
(1) an improvement project;
(2) a product resulting from an improvement project; or
(3) another district facility, service, or property.
