Terms Used In Texas Special District Local Laws Code 3954.008
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
The initial directors may not hold an election under § 3954.007 until the city has:
(1) consented by ordinance or resolution to the creation of the district and to the inclusion of land in the district; and
(2) entered into a development agreement with the owners of the real property in the district under § 212.172, Local Government Code.
