(a) The city may dissolve the district in the manner provided by § 375.263, Local Government Code, only if the city also complies with any dissolution procedures in the entitlement agreement described by § 3972.0109.
(b) In the case of a conflict between § 375.263, Local Government Code, and the entitlement agreement, the entitlement agreement controls.
