- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
Notwithstanding § 65.102, Water Code, to be qualified to serve as a director, a person must be:
(1) at least 18 years old;
(2) a resident citizen of this state; and
(3) either a user of the district facilities or a qualified voter of the district.
