- Comptroller: means the state comptroller of public accounts. See Texas Government Code 312.011
Copies of the audit report prepared under Subchapter G, Chapter 49, Water Code, shall be certified to by the accountant who performed the audit and filed:
(1) as required by Section 49.194, Water Code; and
(2) with the comptroller.
