Terms Used In Texas Special District Local Laws Code Chapter 3807 - Greater East End Management District

  • Appraisal: A determination of property value.
  • Lease: A contract transferring the use of property or occupancy of land, space, structures, or equipment in consideration of a payment (e.g., rent). Source: OCC
  • Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.
