- Comptroller: means the Comptroller of Public Accounts of the State of Texas. See Texas Tax Code 1.04
If a permit or registration is revoked or suspended under this subchapter, the comptroller shall notify the applicable city of any delinquency under the Local Sales and Use Tax Act.
