Terms Used In Texas Transportation Code 503.021
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person may not engage in business as a dealer, directly or indirectly, including by consignment, without a dealer general distinguishing number in one of the categories described by § 503.029(a)(6) for each location from which the person conducts business as a dealer.
