10-2a-413. Incorporation under this part subject to other provisions.
| (1) | An incorporation of a metro township, city, or town under this part is subject to the following provisions to the same extent as the incorporation of a city under 2:

| (2) | An incorporation of a city or town under this part is subject to Section 10-2a-218 to the same extent as the incorporation of a city or town under 2. |
