Terms Used In Utah Code 31A-28-116
- Association: means the Utah Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association continued under Section 31A-28-106. See Utah Code 31A-28-105
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
The association is exempt from payment of all fees and all taxes levied by this state or any of its subdivisions, except taxes levied on real property.
