(b) used by the insurer to gather information from the applicant before issuance of an annuity contract. See Utah Code 31A-1-301 - Remainder: An interest in property that takes effect in the future at a specified time or after the occurrence of some event, such as the death of a life tenant.
31A-46-402. Severability.
If any provision of this chapter or the application of any provision of this chapter is found invalid, the remainder of this chapter shall be given effect without the invalid provision or application.Enacted by Chapter 241, 2019 General Session
