Utah Code 58-37-17. Judicial review

(1)	Any person aggrieved by a department‘s final order may obtain judicial review.

Department: means the Department of Commerce. See Utah Code 58-37-2
Person: means any corporation, association, partnership, trust, other institution or entity or one or more individuals. See Utah Code 58-37-2

(2)	Venue for judicial review of informal adjudicative proceedings is in the district court of Salt Lake County.
