Utah Code 59-12-2102. Definitions

As used in this part:

(1)	“Annexation” means an annexation to a city or town under 4.

Annexation: means an annexation to a city or town under 4. See Utah Code 59-12-2102
City: includes , depending on population, a metro township as defined in Section 10-3c-102. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
Town: includes , depending on population, a metro township as defined in Section 10-3c-102. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5

(2)	“Annexing area” means an area that is annexed into a city or town.
