63G-6a-107.4. Application of chapter to counties and municipalities and the Utah Housing Corporation. A county or
municipality or the Utah Housing Corporation:

may adopt:
Terms Used In Utah Code 63G-6a-107.4- Board: means the Utah State Procurement Policy Board, created in Section 63G-6a-202. See Utah Code 63G-6a-103
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Municipality: means a city, town, or metro township. See Utah Code 63G-6a-103
| (a) |
any or all provisions of this chapter; or |
| (b) |
any or all rules adopted by the board under this chapter; and |
|
| (2) |
is subject to and shall comply with the provisions of this chapter and the rules that are adopted by the county or municipality or the Utah Housing Corporation, respectively. |
