78A-2-103.  Definitions.
As used in this chapter:

(1)  “Conference” means the annual statewide judicial conference established by Section 78A-2-111.

Terms Used In Utah Code 78A-2-103

  • Conference: means the annual statewide judicial conference established by Section 78A-2-111. See Utah Code 78A-2-103
  • Council: means the Judicial Council established by Article VIII, Sec. See Utah Code 78A-2-103
  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
(2)  “Council” means the Judicial Council established by Article VIII, Sec. 12, Utah Constitution.

(3)  “Courts” mean all courts of this state, including all courts of record and not of record.
