78B-8-705. Severability.
| (1) |
If any provision of this part or the application of any part to any person or circumstance is held invalid by a court, the remainder of this part shall be given effect without the invalid provision or application. |
Terms Used In Utah Code 78B-8-705
- Person: means :Utah Code 68-3-12.5
- Remainder: An interest in property that takes effect in the future at a specified time or after the occurrence of some event, such as the death of a life tenant.
