Utah Code 9-9-102. Division of Indian Affairs created — Supervision by department

(1)	There is created within the department a Utah Division of Indian Affairs.

Department: means the Department of Cultural and Community Engagement. See Utah Code 9-1-102
division: means the Utah Division of Indian Affairs created in Section 9-9-102. See Utah Code 9-9-101

(2)	The division shall be under the administration and general supervision of the department.
