Terms Used In Utah Code 9-9-107
- Department: means the Department of Cultural and Community Engagement. See Utah Code 9-1-102
- division: means the Utah Division of Indian Affairs created in Section 9-9-102. See Utah Code 9-9-101
The department shall include a report of the division‘s operations and recommendations, including the division’s activities under Section 9-9-113, in the annual written report described in Section 9-1-208.
