  • Department: means the Department of Health. See
  • Food: means articles of food, drink, confectionery, or condiment for human consumption, whether simple, mixed, or compound, and all substances and ingredients used in the preparation thereof. See

§ 4393. Rulemaking

The Secretary of Agriculture, Food and Markets shall, subject to approval by the Department of Health, make and adopt such rules as the Secretary deems necessary relating to the construction, operation, and use of such dispensing devices.
