§ 8716. Jurisdiction

The Superior Court shall have exclusive original jurisdiction over all proceedings brought under this chapter. Proceedings under this chapter shall be commenced in the Superior Court of the county in which the person with an intellectual disability resides. (Added 1981, No. 142 (Adj.
