Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 1 Sec. 142

  • Person: shall include any natural person, corporation, municipality, the State of Vermont or any department, agency, or subdivision of the State, and any partnership, unincorporated association, or other legal entity. See

§ 142. Written; in writing

“Written” or “in writing” may include printing or other mode of representing words and letters, except where the written signature of a person is required.
