Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 20 Sec. 1720
- Board: means the Vermont Veterans' Home Board of Trustees as set forth in section 1713 of this chapter. See
- Commissioner: means the Commissioner of Public Safety. See
- Department: means the Department of Public Safety. See
- Home: means the Vermont Veterans' Home as set forth in section 1712 of this chapter. See
§ 1720. Department of Buildings and General Services
Unless otherwise directed by the General Assembly, the Commissioner of Buildings and General Services, after consultation with and concurrence of the Board, shall:
(1) supervise the engineering, construction, improvement, repair, alteration, demolition, and replacement of and addition to buildings, structures, and facilities of the Home; and
