  • Attachment: A procedure by which a person's property is seized to pay judgments levied by the court.
  • Cooperative: means a corporation organized under this chapter or which becomes subject to this chapter in the manner hereinafter provided. See

§ 3033. Personal liability

A member shall not be liable or responsible for debts of the cooperative and the property of the members shall not be subject to attachment or execution therefor.
