- Board: means the Transportation Board. See
- Town: shall include city and wards or precincts therein; "selectboard members" and "board of civil authority" shall extend to and include the mayor and aldermen of cities; "trustees" shall extend to and include bailiffs of incorporated villages; and the laws applicable to the inhabitants and officers of towns shall be applicable to the inhabitants and similar officers of all municipal corporations. § 3789. Record of changes
The Transportation Board shall cause all orders made by it under the provisions of this chapter directing the alteration or relocation of a public highway to be recorded in the office of the town clerk where such public highway so altered or relocated is situated before such highway shall be opened for use by the public.
