Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 5 Sec. 771
- Air navigation: means the operation of aircraft in the air space over this State, or upon any airport or restricted landing area within this State. See
- Secretary: means the Secretary of Transportation. See
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States may apply to the District of Columbia and any territory and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. See
§ 771. State aid for repair, maintenance, and improvement
The Secretary is authorized to render financial assistance in the repair, maintenance, and improvement of municipal and privately owned air navigation facilities. (Added 1985, No. 222 (Adj. Sess.), § 2.)
