- Association: means the Vermont Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association created under section 4176 of this chapter. See
- Fees: shall mean earnings due for official services, aside from salaries or per diem compensation. See
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
§ 4186. Tax exemptions
The Association shall be exempt from payment of all fees and all taxes levied by Vermont or any of its subdivisions, except taxes levied on real property. (Added 2023, No. 32, § 9, eff. July 1, 2023.)
