§ 9—801. Effective date

2014 Acts and Resolves No. 157, adopting the 2010 Uniform Commercial Code amendments promulgated by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws, referred to in this part as “the Act,” takes effect on July 1, 2014. (Added 2013, No. 157 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
