Every nonadmitted insurer issuing surplus lines coverage under this chapter shall be subject to the provisions of Article 1 (§ 38.2-800 et seq.) of Chapter 8.
Terms Used In Virginia Code 38.2-4812
- Nonadmitted insurer: means an insurer not licensed to engage in the business of insurance in this Commonwealth. See Virginia Code 38.2-4805.2
