The current docket may be called for the purpose of fixing cases for trial, on such days or at such intervals as may be directed by order of court.

  • Docket: A log containing brief entries of court proceedings.
  • Trial: A hearing that takes place when the defendant pleads "not guilty" and witnesses are required to come to court to give evidence.
