Washington Code 11.12.420 – Electronic wills

An electronic will is a will for all purposes of the law of this state. The law of this state applicable to wills and principles of equity apply to an electronic will, except as modified by RCW 11.12.400 through 11.12.491.

Terms Used In Washington Code 11.12.420

Electronic: means relating to technology having electrical, digital, magnetic, wireless, optical, electromagnetic, or similar capabilities. See Washington Code 11.02.005
Electronic will: means a will or codicil executed in compliance with RCW 11. See Washington Code 11.02.005
