(1) The term “owner” as used in this chapter shall mean registered owner as defined in RCW 46.04.460.

- registration: as used in this chapter shall mean the certificate of license registration issued under the laws of this state. See Washington Code 46.29.020
- state: shall mean : Any state, territory, or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia, or any province of the Dominion of Canada. See Washington Code 46.29.270
(2) The term “registration” as used in this chapter shall mean the certificate of license registration issued under the laws of this state.
