All bonds issued by the board under the provisions of this article shall be exempt from taxation by the State of West Virginia, or by any county, school district or municipality thereof.
Terms Used In West Virginia Code 18-11A-7
- board: means a county board of education. See West Virginia Code 18-1-1
- School: means the students and teachers assembled in one or more buildings, organized as a unit. See West Virginia Code 18-1-1
- State: when applied to a part of the United States and not restricted by the context, includes the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" also include the said district and territories. See West Virginia Code 2-2-10
