Terms Used In Wisconsin Statutes 322.133
- midshipman: means a person who is enrolled in or attending a state military academy, a regional training institute, or any other formal education program for the purpose of becoming a commissioned officer in a state military force. See Wisconsin Statutes 322.001
- Officer: means a commissioned or warrant officer. See Wisconsin Statutes 322.001
Any commissioned officer, cadet, candidate, or midshipman who is convicted of conduct unbecoming an officer shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
