- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Person: includes all partnerships, associations and bodies politic or corporate. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
No person may employ or contract for the services of an individual to provide massage therapy or bodywork therapy who is required to be licensed under s. 460.02 unless the individual is licensed under this chapter.
