Terms Used In Wisconsin Statutes 63.16

County board: means the county board of supervisors. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed; "year" alone means "year of our Lord". See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01

A sufficient sum shall be provided each year by the county board of supervisors of each county in which ss. 63.01 to 63.16 become operative to enable the commission created thereunder, to exercise the powers and perform the duties therein specified.
