Wisconsin Statutes 891.407 – Presumption of paternity based on genetic test results

A man is presumed to be the natural father of a child if the man has been conclusively determined from genetic test results to be the father under s. 767.804 and no other man is presumed to be the father under s. 891.405 or 891.41 (1).
