Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 2A:168-16
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
The aforesaid compact with any other states shall be deemed to have been ratified by this state when executed by the governor of this state and such other state.
