The clerk of the superior court may keep a register of
actions in which shall be entered the title of each cause, with the
date of its commencement and a memorandum of every subsequent
proceeding in the action with its date.
Is the clerk of court suppose to place in the files any record of a sealed order in a criminal proceeding when the records seal are not found therein? And, is the electronic record of a court transcript accessible to the public if the paper transcript is not there in the file?? THANK YOU
