Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 215 ILCS 134/110
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
This Act applies to policies and contracts amended, delivered, issued, or renewed on or after the effective date of this Act. This Act does not diminish a health care plan’s duties and responsibilities under other federal or State law or rules promulgated thereunder.
