Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 430 ILCS 100/6
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
The SERC shall cooperate and may enter into such agreements with other State agencies, local governments, the federal government and other persons as the Chairman determines to be appropriate to implement Title III of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 (P.L. 99-499).
