Terms Used In Indiana Code 22-4-2-9
- benefits: means the money payments payable to an eligible individual as provided in this article with respect to his unemployment. See Indiana Code 22-4-2-1
Sec. 9. “Fund” means the unemployment insurance benefit fund established by IC 22-4-26-1, in which all contributions required, all payments in lieu of contributions, and all money received from the federal government as reimbursements pursuant to section 204 of the Federal-State Extended Compensation Act of 1970, 26 U.S.C. § 3304, shall be deposited and from which all benefits provided under this article shall be paid.
