Terms Used In Indiana Code > Title 32 > Article 22 > Chapter 3 - Rights of a Foreign Business Entity to Hold and Convey Agricultural Land

  • agricultural land: means land for use in crop farming or timber production. See Indiana Code 32-22-3-1
  • Attorney: includes a counselor or other person authorized to appear and represent a party in an action or special proceeding. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
