Terms Used In Iowa Code 322.36
- Place of business: means a designated location wherein proper and adequate facilities shall be maintained for displaying, reconditioning, and repairing either new or used cars. See Iowa Code 322.2
A person in the business of selling motorcycles or autocycles under chapter 322D is not required to maintain regular business hours at the dealer’s principal place of business or other place of business.
